Agreements and Scope of Work
Before work begins on your behalf, you will be presented with a written Agreement. The Agreement specifies the requested work, fees, and expectations of both McCracken Stoll & Associates and the prospective client. Website descriptions do not expand the scope of that Agreement. Prices and terms shown on the website may change; the terms applicable to your work are set out in your Agreement.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Electronic Check, Money Order, Institution Check, and CashApp from verifiable sources. Available online payment options are displayed during checkout. Sales tax is added when required by law.
Online card payments are handled by our payment processor. McCracken Stoll & Associates does not retain your credit card information. The payment information our office retains is limited to your name, invoice number, and mailing address. The processor handles and retains payment details under its own policies.
Hollylaw Chatbot
Hollylaw is an automated assistant provided through Retell. Its responses are informational and may contain errors or omit information relevant to your circumstances. Using Hollylaw does not create a client relationship or constitute an agreement for work.
Chat conversations are automatically deleted when the conversation or chat is closed. A copy is retained only when you request that the conversation be emailed to you. This chat-specific practice is separate from our general five-year office record-retention practice.
Privacy and Records
Our Privacy Policy explains payment information, website analytics, chatbot conversations, and record retention. Contact our office with questions about a payment, an invoice, your Agreement, or a request to delete information.
